💎 Glass Grinder Standard Operating Procedure

By using the grinder, you agree to leave it ready for the next person.

Glass powder is hazardous to breathe. Never operate the grinder without water. Ensure at least ¼ inch of water is in the reservoir and the sponge/bit are thoroughly wet before starting.

After You Finish (Required Cleaning)

  1. Disassemble: Remove the grinding wheel with a hex key and lift the plastic grid.
  2. Water Disposal: Pour excess water into a bucket, NOT the sink.
  3. Sludge Removal: Wipe glass sludge with a wet paper towel; bag it before discarding.
  4. Rinse: Rinse the grid and reservoir carefully—do not let glass powder go down the drain.
  5. Final Wipe: Wipe all surrounding surfaces. There should be no white haze left behind.
